On the first anniversary of the passing of the late Mr. Issam Belhabri, former Deputy Director of Human Resources and Training, the Human Resources Sub-Directorate organised a ceremony in tribute to his memory, in recognition of his dedicated efforts, with the presence of many of his colleagues.
