his Sunday, October 9, 2016, the Rector of the University of Tlemcen, Prof. Mustapha DJAFOUR, accompanied by the group Representative commander of the gendarmerie of the province of Tlemcen, Mr Kheir Eddine Benmrah, inaugurated the training seminar for officers security UABT.
