Pr. MEGHACHOU Mourad, Rector of Tlemcen University, together with the Dean of the Faculty of Technology, oversaw the launch of the doctoral competition in Industrial Engineering. The event was attended by the training committee, the head of the department and his deputy, as well as the monitoring committee at the Vice-rectorate for Postgraduate and Scientific Research.
