As part of the implementation of Circular No. 40, dated January 16, 2025, regarding the management and organization of archives at level university and research institutions, a meeting of the heads of institutions in the city of Tlemcen was held on Monday, February 24, 2025, at Tlemcen University, with Mr. Saadna Omar, Deputy Director of Archives and Authentication.

The meeting was attended by:

• General Secretaries of the institutions;

• General Secretaries of the faculties;

• Deputy Directors of Administration and Finance from the institutes;

• Heads of the Archives Departments;

• Archivists of the institutions
