Pr.MEGHACHOU Mourad, Rector of the University of Tlemcen, participated in the regional conference meeting of Western Universities, in the presence of the Director of University Services, Mrs. BECHELAGHEM Khadidja, and the Director of University Services of Tlemcen, Mr. BELHENINI Mohammed.

The meeting was scheduled to discuss the preparations for the implementation of Presidential Decree 25-83, dated 21 Sha'ban 1446, corresponding to February 20, 2025, which defines the modalities for the registration of foreign students in Algerian higher education and training institutions.
