On the occasion of National Knowledge Day, celebrated annually on April 16, the PRFU research team (under the number H02L01UN130120230005) from the Faculty of Letters and Languages launched a significant initiative entitled
"Enhancing Academic Writing among English as a Foreign Language Students through Instruction at the Writing Centre: A Step Towards the Goal."
This initiative was realised through the launch of an emerging volunteer-based writing support centre—a new project aimed at providing essential assistance to students from the Department of English as well as students from other departments across the university.
The event took place on Tuesday, April 15, in the presence of the Dean of the Faculty of Letters and Languages, Prof. HADJOUI Ghouti, along with teachers and students interested in developing academic writing skills in English.
This ambitious centre aims to provide students with a variety of services and resources specially designed to help them improve their writing skills, build confidence as academic writers, and ultimately support their academic success.
The FLPAPT laboratory hosts this dynamic centre, which is run by a team of volunteer teachers and doctoral students from the English Department.
