Eligibility Criteria for this Program:
- The student must be enrolled for the academic year 2024–2025 in M2 program,5th year of Engineering, or 3rd year of the second cycle in Higher Schools.
- The student must provide a valid TOEFL certificate
- The student must be among the top-ranking students in their class.

Interested candidates are requested to submit their application files (both in paper and digital formats, organized in the following order) no later than April 22, 2025, to the VREX Office, in order to be forwarded to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MESRS).
Required Application Documents:
1- A copy of the Certificate of Ranking (Major) issued by the academic supervisor
2- Copies of Enrollment Certificates for all 5 academic years.
3- Copies of Transcripts for the first 4 years of study
5- The 5-Star Certificate
6- A copy of the TOEFL Certificate
