In this Thursday, October 27, 2016, the auditorium of the pole center of the University of Tlemcen hosted the ceremony of graduation of the first class of the Pan-African Institute of Science of Water and Energy. 26 students from a dozen African countries, were rewarded solemnly in the presence of the highest authorities such as the Wali of the Wilaya of Tlemcen, General Director of Training of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research Professor Noureddine GHOUALI, Commissioner of the African Union, Mr. Paul de Matrial Lkounga, Rector of other pan-African universities and the Rector of the UABT, Professor Mustapha DJAFOUR.

The Director of the Pan-African Institute, Professor Abdellatif Zerga, spoke briefly to present the project which, remember, had effectively started in September 2014.
