University of Tlemcen organized Thursday, November 10, 2016 at the auditorium of University, downtown Pole a reception in honor of the teachers recruited for the new Academic Year in various disciplines.

The ceremony saw the presence of Rector Professor Mustafa Djaafor, Deans and Heads of Departments and the Director of the Meghnia University Center and Director of the School of Economics and Management and the Presidents of Scientific Councils and social partners and Members of the tutoring Cell for new teachers.

The Rector, after congratulating and welcoming the new teachers, insisted on the priority of the training and made them aware of the professional and ethical responsibility that awaits them in the world of teaching and scientific research, and on the objective and role of accompanying teachers pedagogically to improve pedagogical performance and on the methods of passing knowledge to build future generations. And Professor Mohammad Saidi in charge of the tutoring Cell gave the first conference on pedagogy.
