Under the responsibility of the GIZ advisors, and in particular the Senior Advisor for Employment and Entrepreneurship, the Technical Advisor will be responsible for the following activities:

• Supporting the "Private Sector Coordinator" at the PAUWES, planning and providing expertise in the management of employment and entrepreneurship of PAUWES students.
• Assist the PAUWES Institute in preparing and guiding graduate students in the process of relevant research of a suitable job at their level of studies in their field in Africa.
• Support the PAUWES Institute with the development and implementation of a partnership strategy with private and public companies and organizations in the sector of energy or water in Africa as well as Research Institutes.
• Support the PAUWES practice, career and entrepreneurship activities to encourage the placement of PAUWES graduates in the labor market.
