The new colleagues benefit from essentially pedagogical training provided by members of the Pedagogical Support Unit, whose coordinator is Professor Mohamed SAIDI, who has been training this type of training for young UABT teachers for the last few years. It is supported by the Vice Rector in charge of Pedagogy Mr. Djamel SEBAGH, and Mr. Amine ALLAL, Head of Quality Assurance, Mr. Nabil ABOU BEKR and Mr Tahar KOTBI.
