Pr. Djafour Mustapha, Rector of the University of Tlemcen, with the presence of the Director of Education, inaugurated this morning, a training and information day for the benefit of the pedagogical advisers of high schools in Wilaya of Tlemcen.

The Rector described this action as a "great moment for the success of the operation of orientation of the future baccalaureate holders". He added that one of the "essential issues, is to enrich the missions of the pedagogical advisers by accompanying the future baccalaureate holders”.

The Director of Education, the Director of the University Center Maghnia and the two Directors of the higher education schools also focused on this information campaign and on its contributions.

During this day, Dr. Sebbagh Djamal, Vice-Rector of pedagogy at the University of Tlemcen, presented the Post-Bac training system of the sector, of the CRUO and of the University of Tlemcen as well as the Off-sector training. He explained the registration process and detailed the procedures for choosing the specialities.

It is planned to set up a working group to which the pupil’s parents Association will be integrated. Meetings with the Directors of Educational and Pedagogical guidance will be scheduled in the near future to set up an action program in which visits to the High Schools are planned.
