Submission open for students and academic staff: all you need is to fill in the form (student/staff):

Student Exchange:

Students (bachelor degree, master degree or Ph.D degree) wishing to pursue studies in ISTANBUL University can submit their candidature. They may stay one semester or two semesters according to their desire. However, there are two conditions: First, students must have minimum 2.50/4.0 GPA (Grade point average) and MA and Ph.D students must have minimum 3.00/4.0. Second, language capability: The students’ language proficiency must be adequate to follow the courses in the host faculty. You may take information about this issue from the concerning faculty coordinator on the following website: www.mevlana.istanbul.edu.tr   

File to be provided:

• Student application form
• Transcript
• Copy of the student ID
• Certificate of enrollment
• Authorization of the head of the department
• Language score (Proof of English language skills)

Academic Staff Exchange:

As far as academic staff are concerned, they submit their forms as part of their candidature. Those accepted will be supplied with transportation and accommodation costs. Academics may stay there a minimum of 15 days up to a maximum of 89 days in return for 6 hours lessons every week.

File to be provided:

• Curriculum Vitae
• List of publications or projects on the subject that he/she wants to work in the host university
• Work plan of the seminar that he/she will give in the host university.
