Plenary Conferences on Microbiote, Food Antigens and Mucosal Immunity are led by Professor Mourad ARIBI. These conferences are organized in three parts: (i) Overview of the immune system, (ii) Mucosal immunity: focus on PRRs, and (iii) Mucosal immunity: microbiota and food antigens.
