Distance learning center of the University of Tlemcen offers all the university executives and students (future executives), this new MOOC entitled "Digital competence for Executives". It gives the basics for measuring digital stakes for framing function. This MOOC is a part of the collection of MOOCs "Digital Skills and C2i" and was built around three fundamental axes:
