Dr. Benghabrit Toufik named Vice-Rector.

The University Rector, Prof. Djafour Mustapha installed this afternoon, the new Vice-Rector of external relations, Dr. Toufik Benghabrit.

In his new position, Dr. Toufik Benghabrit will be responsible of national and international relations, cooperation, communication and scientific events.

We warmly congratulate him on his appointment and wish him every success in his new function.
