The laboratory of Anthropology of religions and the comparison study, anthropology of art research team and in coordination with: the University of Western IARIVO-MADAGASCAR, In participation of: Laboratory of Cultural Studies and university training research team: imagination in artistic practices: a study in the reference of the functioning and approach of thought, organized, this Tuesday, December 12, 2023, an international forum entitled: "anthropological worlds in the arts of Africa: characteristics of the multi- cultures of the rooted peoples", chaired Dr.BADIR Mohammed, an elite group of professors, researchers and students, as well as representatives of the University of Western IARIVO-MADAGASCAR.
The forum addressed six main axes on the human sciences, arts, cultures and imagination in Africa. During his speech, Dr. BADIR Mohammed stressed that art is one of the main elements of culture and an important tool for expressing values and customs.
On the sidelines of the conference, artistic and cultural activities by the initiative of the president of the department of activities of the faculty of letters and languages, the association „theater Life savers“, the club „Andalous“, the club „stoflish“, the club „elite of art“, with the participation of the club „the genesse and the child“ of the wilaya of sisi belabes.
Indeed, other exhibitions have been organised by the national public museum of Islamic calligraphy of the wilaya of Tlemcen on Arab-African calligraphy, while an applied workshop on Arabic calligraphy was presented by Mr. Khassef Karim, representative of the museum of the wilaya of Algiers.
These events have been very crowded, which has allowed participants and attendees to see a variety of works of art in different fields, in addition to enjoying theatrical performances and applied workshops.
