The richness of our local products in the country is no longer in doubt, however, dozens of agricultural commodities Algerian soil are produced, marketed and consumed without receiving any official recognition, ensuring recoverability and sustainability, or any distinction by contribution to imported products and which are often of lesser quality. For example, the delay in the implementation of quality label of controlled origin or reduces the international competitiveness of many products such as the date Deglet Nour, olive Sig, apricot Ngaoues, figs Beni Maouche or mutton Ouled Djellal.
